Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Sale items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, email us at publicdisciple@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. If your return is approved, we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

SIZE EXCHANGES
Wrong size? We're happy to exchange it. Email us at publicdisciple@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you need. Once we receive your original item in eligible condition, we'll ship out your new size, subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we'll issue a refund instead.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at publicdisciple@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

REFUNDS
We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at publicdisciple@gmail.com.
