PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES
Orders under $100: $8 flat rate
Orders $100 and over: FREE shipping

CARRIER AND DELIVERY
All orders ship via UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us at publicdisciple@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll help make it right.
